Great Quality but colour and look is not as rugged as seen in the picture

The quality of the shoe is outstanding. I got a size 13 which fits me well given that I have a wide foot. My only issue is that the colour and leather are not as brushed off as seen in the picture. I expected a much more rugged look as shown in the picture but what I got was smooth-faded in the front and back with a brownish-black colour.
